D-21 Drone
Introduced in 1964, it was used as an attachment to the Blackbird, capable of Mach 3 its was designed to enter enemy airspace, take info and then crash.
This essentually made it a drone, but it's unknown if a pilot version was ever made.
It features in Metal Gear Solid 3 as the landing craft for the Snake Eater mission.
