Big Shell
Location: Manhattan River, New York
Constructed at the sinking of the Discovery Tanker, the Big Shell was constructed to control the fictional oil spill that was caused by the sinking. The plants true purpose is to be the supply root and control center for the Arsenal Gear while it was under construction. It is lined to Arsenal via a elevator found in the Shell 1 Core.
