Arsenal Gear
Location: Manhattan River, New York
Constructed under the Big Shell, it's to date the biggest known Metal Gear to have ever been created. The Arsenal is only capable of sea movement, but it has a payload of 200 Missiles, 50 Nukes and 25 AI controled Metal Gear Ray units, hence the name "Arsenal!" the purpose of Arsenal is to sift through information and selectively catalogue, remove and alter pieces of data. The system it uses is called GW (George Washington) and was developed in some part by Emma Emmerich. Their is at least another Arsenal Gear with an AI called JFK (John F Kennedy) The Arsenal was created to help with the censorship of the ever expanding internet and bring order to the sea of lies and half truths to masses.
