Known Facts: A Chief Inspector in the UNSF, he has an incredible hatred of all things Martian. A power mad person, he will take every step he can to get answers, results and Revenge! Even if this is not done according to the regulations and laws. Sadistic in nature he is quite feared by his fellow officers. Baan Dies when chasing Hathor in an LEV. No surprise he was killed by what he hated, but why he called James Links “John Carter” I have no idea why, I think he read to many comics!
