Known Facts: The commander of the Stealth opeations group F.O.X, part of the CIA in classified planning, David is known as Major Zero. But calls himself Major Tom in the Virtuous Mission in the belief it would bring luck (Great Escape tunnel - but was wrong one), he offers intelligence support to Jack via radio transmission during missions & the groups aim of absolute secrecy to collect intelligence and rescue defectors during the Cold War period.
