Kojima has confirmed a few new facts about the Final chapter:
- The final story isn't quite set because of the links with Portable Ops regarding references
- The E3 2006 Trailer will be used as part of the games intro
- The team now almost fully understand the PS3's capabilities
- Normal hiding won't be as effective and 1/2 hiding is better
- The game will span the Middle East, South America, and Eastern Europe
- Various locations where visited an iron foundry, underground passageways, warships, and military facilities
- Snake will automatically dodge bullets heading for his face
- The game will feature a group of REAL people, what their purpose will be is unknown we only know of the "Japanese Representative"
- Harry Gregon-Williams TGS 2006 trailer music is titled "Old Snake"
- Logan the people behind the new logo will be doing a new intro instead of the busy Kyle Cooper
- "Their are less days than years" - Meaning Metal Gear Solid 4 will be out by September 2007
