The trailers events shown from the game
- Snake is sneaking into PMC's camp from the back of their tents
- PMC's are moving around, some are getting out of trucks carrying Gekku's
- Snake looks from behind a tent
- A truck carrying a Gekku is reversing into line
- As 2 PMC's chat Snake moves across
- Fox-Hound are doing recon
- Snake moves from the behind the tents and takes shelter behind some boxes, activating his Solid Eye
- Snake looks round at Liquid
- Liquid notices Snakes presence
- Snake moves in for a better shot
- Ocelot turns round (Naomi Behind)
- Ocelot calls someone over the radio
- Fox-Hound are moving towards the base from behind the tents

- Vamp then dodges a lunge by sliding back on the floor

- Raiden enlarges his suit and pulls on the cable throwing over the Gekku before slicing the cable from it
- Vamp is sliding back as Raiden leaps over the fallen Gekku
- As Vamp stand up Raiden does a verticle slice to the floor which he dodges
- 4 knives are thrown by vamp, Raiden deflects 1 but 3 enter his chest
- Raiden then throws his katana, which Vamp dodges by dislocating his neck!
- Raiden then moves in with his small blade, but vamp spins past before stabbing a knife in his foot
- Raiden forces the knives out of his chest before attacking with the Gekku's cord and the knife now in his foot
- Getting his foot on Vamps neck he raises onto Vamp and proceeds to force the knife from his foot into his chest
- Raiden leaps off pushing Vamp backwards
- Vamp using his left hand pushes the knife through to his back before placing it into its holder on his left arm
- Using the Gekku's cord Raiden pulls the katana out of the Gekku's shell and runs towards Vamp
- He grabs the katata and proceeds to do a spinning slices using the katana to stay above the floor
- Raiden places the small blade in between his toes and does break dancing spins which Vamp dodges
- Raiden than launces upwards landing right before Vamp who then kicks him back into a Gekku
- Vamp then leaps landing on Raiden and proceeds to spin on his torso (Claws on feet) and leaps back
- Raiden leaps to his feet doing a mid air spin ending in a verticle spin that vamp just misses
- Vamp throws 4 more blades which Raiden deflects
- The 2 uses theirs blades to then attack and defend each other (The Katana becomes red hot from friction)
- Raiden lunges foward but using the sword as a step leaps just behind grabbing him by the neck
- Raiden then forces the Katana through himself into Vamp and then pushes it in some more
- Vamp now in some discomfort is trying to break free
- Raiden finally removes the blade, they block each other and then plunge their blades into their opponents

The nanomachines currently in use by militaries and PMCs are third generation.
But their design is derived from that of the first generation.
